A Gap Analysis identifies the differences between the workforce an agency has currently and the workforce it will need in the future, based on it's operational goals.
In the Gap Analysis, you will compare information from the Supply and Demand Analyses to identify the differences, or “gaps,” between the supply of and demand for employees.
