Instructions For Updating Your Insurance Information
|

Non-attorney representatives who establish eligibility to participate in the demonstration project will be required to maintain their insurance coverage in order to continue to receive direct fee payments from SSA. Participants in the demonstration project should keep their insurance information current and up-to-date.
To update your insurance information,
sign in and click on "Update Your Insurance Information".
After updating your insurance information,
mail a copy of your insurance policy or binder of insurance to:
