How To Register

You may either register online or mail in a paper registration form. To register online with a credit card please click on the link below. If you choose to mail in a paper exam registration form you may pay by credit card, cashier's check or money order. You can request or download this registration form on the link below. All exam registrations (either online or via mail) must be received by the filing deadline (see schedule).
We do not accept late registrations.

CPS provides reasonable accommodation for individuals who have one or more documented disabilities within the meaning of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, or need alternate testing dates due to religious convictions. Please
click here and follow the instructions for applying for an ADA or religious accommodation. The deadline for submitting requests for accommodation is the same as the deadline for applying to take the exam (see schedule).
