Setting up a user account is provided as a free service to our candidates.
To establish a user account,
you will need to provide only basic information.
Once you complete the registration form, you will have a password-protected account that will
allow you to apply for the examination online,
receive important information, and submit updates,
changes, or other communications.
CPS will not sell your personal information to third parties.
Only program specific information will be exchanged with the testing,
licensing, or certification agency or organization in which you may
apply after your account is established. Please see our
