To apply online,
create an account. You can then signin, apply online, and pay the application
fee online. Be sure to keep your account information up to date as all correspondence will be sent to the address associated with your account.
Attention: Please only use either Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browser when registering. Please do not exceed more than 20 minutes on the application form.
If the application is open longer than 20 minutes, the system will log you out automatically as a safety and security measure. If this happens, please login and start over.

SAWA Certification applications must be completed and postmarked or received by final day of the application period.
Applications received with a postmark after that date will not be accepted and will be returned to the address on the application.

Once your application has been processed and your eligibility is confirmed, CPS will send you a notice via U.S. mail or e-mail. Applications from individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements for the CAWA Exam will be returned to the address on the application.
