Certification Examination Fees
Initial Certification Fee:
- $250.00 for SAWA members
- $500.00 for Non-members*
- $75.00 for Returning Test Takers (Non-members and members)**
Recertification or certification renewal fee:
- $195.00 for SAWA members
- $295.00 for Non-members

Cancellation Deadline
Candidates who wish to cancel their examination registration and request a refund must notify CPS/SAWA in writing at
least 30 days prior to the examination date. Telephone/e-mail cancellation requests are not accepted. Written requests
must be postmarked by the cancellation deadline. Please note that CPS/SAWA will review the cancellation/refund request
and notify the applicant in writing within two weeks of receiving the request of the final determination. Please mail
