CPS’ customized, validated written examinations are test products developed specifically for use in the your agency based upon agency-specific job analysis data and input from your agency’s subject matter experts to meet your agency’s short-term and long-term selection needs. Our services include a content validation strategy with documented evidence of your instrument’s job-relatedness, validity, and adherence to pertinent legal requirements. These custom instruments and services can be combined with other CPS services, such as recruitment and test administration, to provide your agency with a scalable service offering to best meet your selection needs.
