Cancellation deadline: Examinees who wish to cancel their examination registration must notify CPS in writing or email
us at no later than 30 days prior to the exam. Postmarks are not accepted on refund requests. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.

|
Partial refunds: Candidates who submit their cancellation requests 30 days or more prior to the examination are entitled
to a refund of the portion of the examination fee that represents the test booklet and scoring costs; administration and
processing fees will NOT be refunded. Postmarks are not accepted on refund requests. Please see fee schedules for partial refund amounts.

Non-transferable: Funds may not be transferred to another examination administration. If you cancel and wish to re-register
for another administration, you must complete the registration process and pay the appropriate examination fee.

|
If Denied by The Board: Candidates denied by the board will receive a full refund after the current test administration is completed.
A partial refund may be completed earlier, but only at the request of the candidate. Please see fee schedules for partial refund amounts.

|
Note: Wisconsin does not offer the Structural II exam. Candidates who wish to take this exam must register in another state
and be proctored in Wisconsin.
