| In accordance with Unit 7 collective
bargaining agreement, an employee who has been a peace officer in State
service for thirteen pay periods may be eligible for incentive pay upon
successful completion of physical fitness testing. CPS Human Resource Services
conducts this required test four times a year in the months of February,
May, August, and October. As a reminder, participation in this program is
strictly voluntary. Any preconditioning, medical examinations, or other
related time or expense shall be the sole responsibility of each employee
and shall not be on State time or State expense. |
