How do I receive my test results after the exam?
Test results are mailed approximately 15 business days after your exam date.

PLEASE NOTE: TEST RESULTS ARE NOT PROVIDED BY PHONE.

If you listed an email address on your application, a message containing your user name and password will be sent to you from noreply@cps.ca.gov. Receipt of this message indicates we have processed your application.

This message is automatically generated and does not clear any “spam” filters. In this case, the message is likely to be in your “junk” mailbox. Exam results will be ready approximately 10 business days after the exam date.

Please find the link “My Account” across the top of this page for the login screen. Using the user name and the password emailed to you, log in to the system (NOTE: they are CaSe sEnSitiVE on this screen).

After logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to create a new password and security question/answer. Once that is complete, select the “Candidate Summary” link, then “Correspondence History.” A “pop-up” window will appear (make sure to turn off your pop-up blocker if you have one) to see a copy of the exam results letter. It is a link to a “.doc” letter.

Note: the screen is blank until the results are posted. Please remember, exam results will be ready approximately 10 business days after the exam date. Official results are mailed to the address you provided on your application.
