Do not send your registration form to DHS.
The completed registration form and appropriate fee must be submitted to CPS Human Resource Services by the registration deadline (see test schedule).
Registering one month in advance is recommended.
Your registration fee may be paid by credit card, cashier's check, company check, or money order made payable to CPS Human Resource Services.
