ABOUT THE PROJECT
CPS Human Resource Services has been selected by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to recruit, hire and assess a workforce committed to providing the best possible service to travelers and this nation’s citizens.
CPS and its partners will provide a full range of Human Resource Services for TSA applicants and employees. Services provided by the contractor will include recruiting, screening, testing and assessment of Security Screeners, and other professional, administrative, technical and support personnel.
ABOUT THE PROJECT TEAM
CPS Human Resource Services has assembled a talented and experienced TEAM to respond to the hiring needs of the TSA. CPS will be the prime contractor, supported by four firms with Federal government and/or testing experience – FPMI Solutions, Inc., Hogan Assessment Systems, PAN Testing, and Taleo Corporation. Each TEAM member provides specialized expertise and experience hiring talented employees in many occupations. A brief description of each organization is presented below.

CPS is an independent, self-supporting government agency that provides recruitment, examination, testing, assessment, staffing, and HR services to public agencies. Focused on delivering its mission to improve public sector human resource management, CPS understands government and how to support effective government systems and processes. CPS has more than 1,900 federal, state and local government clients across the U.S. and Canada, develops and distributes more than 198,000 employment tests per year, and administers 160,000 tests per year in 1,300 locations across the country.
CPS provides a variety of assessment instruments and approaches for the public sector in occupations such as law enforcement, fire service, office and clerical, professional and paraprofessional, and service and maintenance. CPS also provides test development and administration services to several dozen national and state licensing and certification programs.
