ABOUT THE PROJECT
CPS Human Resource Services has been selected by the
Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to recruit, hire and assess a workforce committed
to providing the best possible service to travelers and this nation’s citizens.

CPS and its partners will provide a full range of Human Resource Services for TSA applicants and
employees. Services provided by the contractor will include recruiting, screening, testing and
assessment of Security Screeners, and other professional, administrative, technical and support
personnel.

ABOUT THE PROJECT TEAM
CPS Human Resource Services has assembled a talented and experienced TEAM to respond to the hiring
needs of the TSA. CPS will be the prime contractor, supported by four firms with Federal government
and/or testing experience – FPMI Solutions, Inc., Hogan Assessment Systems, PAN Testing, and Taleo Corporation. Each
TEAM member provides specialized expertise and experience hiring talented employees in many occupations.
A brief description of each organization is presented below.
