Small Business Programs

Mission Statement
Our mission is to aggressively pursue our commitment to source a percentage of our federal, state and local government contracts for goods and services from Disadvantaged, Women-owned, HUBZone and Service Disabled Veterans businesses. We seek to maintain a world class diversity business program that will exceed our customer's requirements.

Small Business Registration
CPS has online Registration for small, small disadvantaged, women-owned, HUBZone, veteran and service disabled veteran businesses. This information is used from time to time to identify those companies that could provide goods or services to CPS. Also, this database is used to identify companies for teaming arrangements for proposals or bids. CPS will team with a small or small disadvantaged enterprise where our complementary capabilities would benefit a Client.

Vendor Outreach Program
CPS has implemented a "Mentor-Protégé Program" to enhance the capabilities of the Protégé and improve his or her ability to successfully compete for federal, state and local government contracts.

CPS will be hosting a Small Business Development session called Vendor Outreach Session (VOS) for small and small disadvantaged business enterprises. These sessions will feature information to assist the small business in their development. Sessions will be presented based on the number of attendees that sign up.
