| The Transportation Security
Administration (TSA) selected CPS to provide recruiting, screening,
testing, and assessment services to Security Screeners and other professional,
administrative, technical, and support personnel for the Transportation
Security Administration. CPS and TSA have developed and designed a comprehensive
recruitment and testing process to assist in our nation's security. (TSA
was established in 2001 by Congress and President Bush as part of the Aviation
and Transportation Security Act of 2001 to secure our nation's air travel
system following the events of September 11, 2001.) For more information

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), the third
largest agency under the National Institutes of Health (NIH), has selected CPS Human Resource
Services to assess and provide the human resources needed to support its unprecedented expansion.
Within a very short period of time, CPS developed a thorough understanding of the staffing,
employee relations, and position management/classification policies and procedures of NIAID.
